Welcome to SantaRosa-Therapy.com, the home page of Anna Elberger, LCSW.  Anna is a seasoned and highly educated therapist w/ over 25 years experience, holding licenses in 3 states (NY, NJ, CA), who utilizes cutting edge research in brain and neuropsychology in her work w/ individuals, couples, and families.Her extensive experience and wide range of practice includes working w/ issues of anxiety, depression, eating disorders, family and life conflicts using various proven techniques.  Her most recent training is w/ Dr. Stan Tatkin @ UCLA, utilizing brain research showing that we are "hard wired" neurologically to respond in subconscious ways to each other; and then utilizing effective techniques in changing unhealthy patterns of relating to others, especially our "significant others".  Her treatments have produced powerful changes and success.
